Orders

All orders are subject to product availability and acceptance.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order due to pricing errors, inventory discrepancies, suspected fraud, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Pricing

Prices are listed in U.S. Dollars unless otherwise noted.

While we strive for accuracy, pricing and product information may occasionally contain errors. We reserve the right to correct any errors prior to shipment.

Shipping

Many of our products are oversized and ship via LTL freight carriers.

Free shipping, where offered, is based on delivery to commercially accessible locations within the contiguous United States unless otherwise stated.

Additional charges may apply for:

Residential deliveries
Limited-access locations
Farms or rural addresses
Construction sites
Schools, churches, military bases, or government facilities
Liftgate service
Inside delivery
Appointment deliveries
Re-delivery attempts
Remote or extended service areas
Any additional carrier accessorial fees

If a freight carrier assesses additional charges after shipment, those charges are the responsibility of the customer. We will contact you whenever possible before shipment if additional fees are known in advance.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Incorrect addresses may result in additional shipping or re-delivery charges.

Freight Deliveries

Customers should inspect all freight shipments before signing the delivery receipt.

If damage is visible:

Note all damage on the carrier’s delivery paperwork.
Take photographs before unloading whenever possible.
Contact us within 24 hours.

Signing for freight without noting visible damage may limit our ability to file a freight claim.

Product Information

We make every effort to accurately describe our products. However, product specifications, colors, and manufacturer details may change without notice.

Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product purchased. We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our products.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Georgia without regard to conflict of law principles.
