Shipping Policy
We proudly ship trailer parts throughout the United States.
Because many of our products are large, heavy, or oversized, shipping methods vary depending on the item ordered.
Processing Time
Most in-stock orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
Special-order or manufacturer-direct items may require additional processing time. If an item is delayed, we will notify you as soon as possible.
Shipping Methods
Orders may ship using:
- UPS
- FedEx
- USPS
- Regional parcel carriers
- LTL Freight carriers
The shipping method is selected based on the size, weight, and destination of your order.
Free Shipping
Many products include free shipping within the contiguous United States.
Free shipping pricing is based on standard commercial delivery conditions.
Additional Freight Charges
Freight carriers may assess additional charges for deliveries including, but not limited to:
- Residential addresses
- Liftgate service
- Appointment deliveries
- Limited-access locations
- Farms
- Schools
- Churches
- Military installations
- Government buildings
- Construction sites
- Remote service areas
- Re-delivery requests
- Incorrect shipping addresses
- Storage charges
- Any other carrier accessorial fees
These charges are not included in our advertised shipping prices and will be passed through to the customer at cost.
Whenever possible, we will contact you before shipment if these additional charges are known in advance.
Commercial Deliveries
Whenever possible, we recommend shipping freight orders to a commercial address with a loading dock or forklift. This often helps avoid additional carrier fees and may speed up delivery.
Delivery Inspection
Freight shipments should be inspected before signing the delivery receipt.
If you notice damage:
- Note the damage on the delivery receipt.
- Take photographs before unpacking.
- Contact us within 24 hours.
Failure to note visible freight damage at delivery may affect the ability to file a freight claim.
Delivery Delays
Transit times are estimates only. Carrier delays caused by weather, mechanical issues, labor disruptions, or other events beyond our control are not grounds for cancellation or reimbursement.
Refused Shipments
Customers who refuse delivery for reasons other than shipping damage or our error may be responsible for:
- Return freight charges
- Original outbound freight costs
- Carrier fees
- Restocking fees, where applicable
These amounts may be deducted from any refund.
